Heard Mr. Mohapatra, the Petitioner in person and Mr. Dash, learned AGA.

According to the Petitioner, though pursuant to order dated 24th August, 2017 passed in W.P.(C) No.23733 of 2014, he has made an application for settlement of Plot No.1854/2987 under Khata No.1032 covering an area of Ac.0.060 decimals under Patapur Mouza, Balu Bazar in the city of Cuttack under the "Uniform Policy", however, till date, nothing has been done in the matter. He further submits that though highlighting his grievances, the Petitioner has approached the Chief Administrator, Shree Jagannath Temple Administration, PuriOpposite Party No.1 vide representation dated 1st October, 2018 under Annexure-9/1, the said Opposite Party has not taken any decision on such representation. Accordingly, he prays that a direction may be made to Opposite Party No.1 to take a decision

// 2 // on representation under Annexure9/1 and pass necessary orders within a specified time.

Considering such submission, without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case, this Court directs the Chief Administrative Officer, Jagannath Temple, Puri to take a decision on the above noted representation within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order in accordance with law and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioner. The petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the representation under Annexure-9/1 to the Chief Administrative Officer, Jagannath Temple, Puri while supplying a certified copy of this order.

With the direction as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
