CORAM:

JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH

ORDER

2.12.2022 I.A.NO.294 OF 2022 & CONTC NO.6104 OF 2022 03.

1.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Order No.

2.

Even though there is objection by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that instead of filing of an Application for extension of time in the Contempt Petition, it should have been filed in the Writ Petition. Looking to the communication of the Contemnor-O.Ps. making attempt to resolve the issue following the direction of this Court provided if they are given some more time, this Court entertains the I.A. permitting the O.Ps. one month more time to comply with the order of this Court dated 6.5.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.11208/2022 but however as a matter of last chance. Within two weeks thereafter, the O.Ps. shall file the report compliance before this Court.

3.

The I.A. as well as Contempt Petition thus stands disposed of.

(Biswanath Rath) Judge M.K.Rout
