This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioners are accused in connection with S.T. Case No.64 of 2022, pending in the file of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, arising out of Sheragada P.S. Case No.186 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 498-A/304B/302/34 of IPC read with Section 4 of D.P. Act. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of their application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Aska, Ganjam, by order dated 26.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

Taking into account the that though F.I.R. was filed inter alia under Section 302 of IPC and other allied Sections, after

investigation charge-sheet has been filed under Section 306/304-B of IPC and other allied Sections and keeping in view the role ascribed to the petitioners as borne out from the order rejection and considering their age, this Court directs the petitioners to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
