1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, challenges the action of the Opposite Parties more particularly the Opposite Party No.3/ Governing Body of KonarkBhagabati Mahavidyalaya, Konark, in the district of Puri in not issuing appointment order in his favour for the post of Laboratory Assistant in IT in spite of the fact that he got selected in the selection process and his name found place in the select list pursuant to the Advertisement dated 18.12.2021.

4. Grievance of the Petitioner is that he has taken part in the interview for the Laboratory Assistant I.T. in guest faculty category. Such interview was held on 26.12.2021.

// 2 // In spite of his selection by the authority, the Petitioner has not been given appointment. Being aggrieved by such delay in giving the appointment order, the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite Party No.3/ PrincipalcumSecretary, KonarkBhagabati Mahavidyalaya, Konark, in the district of Puri which is pending since 24.02.2022.

5. Considering the pendency of the representation of the Petitioner, the Opposite Party No.3/ Principal-cumSecretary, Konark- Bhagabati Mahavidyalaya, Konark, in the district of Puri is directed to decide and dispose of the representation dated 24.02.2022 of the Petitioner within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
