It is submitted that the impugned order passed by the Opposite Party No.2, which is subject matter of challenge in this writ petition, has been withdrawn by the Opposite Party No.2-Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, Balasore vide his order dated 13.10.2022. A copy of the said order produced by Mr. Das be kept on record.
