Heard Mr. B.P. Das, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. A.P. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite party No.1 and 2.

It is submitted that the impugned order passed by the Opposite Party No.2, which is subject matter of challenge in this writ petition, has been withdrawn by the Opposite Party No.2-Chief District Medical & Public Health Officer, Balasore vide his order dated 13.10.2022. A copy of the said order produced by Mr. Das be kept on record.

In view of recalling of the aforesaid order by the Opposite Party No.3, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous.
