There is an allegation that even after making an application in proper format for demarcation and consequential deposit as per the statutory requirement, vide Annexure-4, there is no working out in undertaking the exercise of demarcation by the Tahasildar, Baranga, O.P.3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved and the submission made, this Court disposes of the matter directing O.P.3 to conclude the demarcation exercise involving the nearby tenants at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order.
