1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. In this Writ Petition, the Petitioner, seeks a direction from this Court to the Opposite Parties to accept his joining report as a Classical Teacher of Yugarajyoti Girls' High School, Chadaigaon, in the district of Kendrapara.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner was absent from the School for about five years. When he wanted to join at his place of posting, the Headmistress of the School did not allow him to join. In the meantime, the Petitioner has made a representation to the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education,

// 2 // Odisha, Bhubaneswar which is pending before the said authority since 17.01.2022.

In such view of the matter, the Opposite Party No.2/ Director, Secondary Education, Odisha, Bhubaneswar is directed to dispose of the representation dated 17.01.2022 of the Petitioner by passing a reasoned order within a period of 45 days from the date of production of a copy of this order along with a copy of the Writ Petition and intimate the result thereof to the Petitioner within a period of fifteen days of passing of the order.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
