This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual / Physical) Mode.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

It is submitted by Mr. S.K. Patra, learned Standing Counsel for the Accountant General, Odisha that the revised pension in favour of the Petitioner having already been sanctioned and sent to the concerned Treasury Officer, the Petitioner may approach the concerned Treasury Officer, Kendrapara for disbursal of the pension.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner being a 90 years old lady, may not be able to go to the office of the Treasury Officer.

If such is the situation, the Petitioner may authorize somebody to do the needful for disbursal of the pension in favour of her (Petitioner) by the Treasury Officer within two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. 6.
The Contempt Petition is accordingly dropped. 5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. ........................
