This matter is taken up through video conference mode. Order No.

Even though an objection is raised by learned Counsel for opposite partycontemnor(s) on the maintainability of the contempt proceeding involving contemnor herein, this Court observes, the direction issued in the final order in O.A.No.49(C) of 2014 is not meant to be ignored or not complied. Even though notice in the contempt petition has been issued since long, no show cause or compliance affidavit has been filed as of now. To avoid further time, in disposal of the contempt petition, this Court observes in the event the direction issued in the said Original Application is not complied with as of now, the present incumbent is directed to work out the same within a period of one and half months hence, provided the order of the Tribunal is not challenged in higher forum with an order of stay of such order.

The compliance report be filed before the Registry of this Court within a period of one week thereafter. Failure of compliance of this order shall be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order and there will be initiation of a suo motu contempt proceeding against the contemnor(s). 3.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Memo No.492(100) dated 7.1.2022.
