CORAM:

JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH Order No.

ORDER

31.07.2023 02.

I.A. No. 57 of 2022 1.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner alleges that even though statement made by the learned counsel for the Contemnor that the order involved herein is already complied with and the proceeding is disposed of but in fact there is no compliance of the order. 2.

In the circumstance, this Court finds no I.A. will be entertained nor there is any scope for reopening the Contempt Petition. For involvement of false affidavit, further in the event there is any financial benefit needs to be worked out, the Petitioner is not remediless, the Petitioner may find out what other option available to him.
