Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the Petitioners have already preferred appeal involving rejection of the request U/s.33 of the Odisha Secondary Education Act before the Opposite Party No.1 and which is pending as of now.

Considering the above submission of learned counsel for Petitioners, this Court directs the Opposite Party no.1 to hear the appeal and show finality to such appeal proceeding at least within a period of two months from the date of communication of a certified copy of this order by the Petitioners. It is also directed that if necessary, service of notice on the contesting Opposite Parties therein shall be made through Special Messenger, but at the cost of the Petitioners.
