This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

PRAYER It is therefore, respectfully prayed that your Lordship may graciously be pleased to issue writ of mandamus directing the opposite party no. 2 to cause enquiry and direct to opposite party no. 3 to return the postal NAC as mentioned in detail in paragraph- 5 under Annexure- 1 (series)."

Considering the submissions made by the parties, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the Opposite Party No.2 to consider the representation at the instance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-3 and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner.
