Heard Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the State. 3.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that, W.P.(C) No.13285 of 2018 is pending against the order passed by the learned Tribunal and the order of the Tribunal has been stayed by this Court vide Order dated 11.04.2019.

In view of such fact, the contempt petition is dropped with liberty for the petitioners to file contempt petition after disposal of the writ petition.
