It has been brought to the notice of this Court that the order of the Tribunal involved herein having been challenged before the Hon'ble High Court of Orissa, a the Division Bench of this Court has been pleased to disposed of the writ petition involving the issue involved herein in the meantime. For the confirmation of the order of the Tribunal this Court finds, there is no obstruction in working out the direction of the Tribunal, which is directed to be worked out within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. The compliance report be filed before the Registry of this Court within a period of one week thereafter. Failure of compliance of this order shall be construed to be deliberate violation of this Court's order.
