There is an allegation that even though Demarcation Case No.17/2021 is pending since 2021, there is no working out in undertaking the exercise of demarcation by the Tahasildar, Remuna, O.P.3.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved and the submission made, this Court disposes of the matter directing O.P.3 to conclude Demarcation Case No.17/2021, if pending, at least within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of this order but however providing opportunity to all concerned.
