Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the notice of eviction, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction to the authority at this stage. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file objection to the notice of eviction before the authority in accordance with law which shall be considered and decided by the authority in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
