Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 30.11.2022 in BLAPL No.9744 of 2022.

Taking into account the nature of antecedents being of similar nature, this Court is not inclined to modify this order. 4.

It shall be open to the petitioner to renew his prayer before the learned Court in seisin which shall be considering on its own merits without being prejudiced by the earlier order passed by this Court in this interim application.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
