Since this Writ Petition is not in a complete shape inasmuch as there is also no filing of copy of the award under challenge, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a complete Writ Petition with proper documents. 2.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
