This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 26.10.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that inadvertently the description of the learned Court in seisin over the matter has been wrongly stated in the cause title as learned S.D.J.M., Talcher as such the same is reflected in para-3 of the order dated 26.10.1011.

Taking note of such submission, the description of the court i.e. "learned S.D.J.M., Talcher" mentioned in 3rd paragraph of the order dated 26.10.2022 be read as "learned S.D.J.M., Angul". 6.

Other terms of the order dated 26.10.2022 remain unaltered.

Learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to act on production of the order dated 26.10.2022 along with the order passed today.

8.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the description of the court in the cause title in Court today. 9.

I.A is accordingly disposed of.
