This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to State Information Commission, Bhubaneswar-Opposite Party No.2 to dispose of Second Appeal No.962 of 2022 at an early date. 3.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Second Appeal has been filed since 27th January, 2022. Although the matter is ready in all respect, no endeavour is made by the State Information Commission for early disposal of the appeal. Hence, this writ petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

Taking into consideration the submission made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by learned counsel for the Petitioner, as no reason for out of turn disposal of the Second Appeal has been made out in the writ petition.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the Petitioner may co-operate with the State Information Commission for early dispose of the aforesaid Second Appeal.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
