1. The Petitioner's representation dated 21st September, 2022 (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Tahasildar, Bonth and after issuing notice to the Petitioner as well as Opposite Party No.4 and giving them a hearing, a reason order shall be passed thereon not later than 10th April, 2023 and a copy thereof shall be provided to the parties within a week thereafter. It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion in the matter.
