It is submitted that since Charge Sheet has been filed by adding the offence under the POCSO Act, the nomenclature should have been BLAPL instead of CRLA. Learned counsel for the Appellant makes an oral prayer that he may be permitted to change the nomenclature from CRLA to BLAPL. Prayer is allowed. 3.

Registry is directed to change the nomenclature from CRLA to BLAPL.
