The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict and demolish the dwelling house of the petitioner and not to take any action against the petitioner without due procedure of law. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that against the notice of under Annexure-1, the petitioner has already filed his objection under Annexure-2 before the Tahasildar, Tarbha, but the same is till pending consideration.

In view of the above, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the Writ Petition directing opposite party No.3 to dispose of the objection filed by the Petitioner vide Annexure-2, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
