This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the records. 3.
This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioner for anticipatory bail, involving offence punishable under Sections 341, 294, 354, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. 4.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner is working as Junior Engineer. Further, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the present case is a counter blast to the case lodged by the Petitioner making allegation for the offence under Sections 307 of the Indian Penal Code & S.C. & S.T. (P.A.) Act.

Considering the nature of allegations made, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that in the event of arrest of the Petitioner by the Arresting Officer in connection with Sukinda P.S.Case No.188 of 2022, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the Arresting Officer.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
