The Petitioner by filing this Application has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article- 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India in seeking a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 to conclude the investigation of Kisan Nagar P.S. Case No.107 of 2022 registered for commission of offence under sections 379, I.P.C. against the accused persons named therein. 3.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Taking into account the submissions made and on going through the averments taken in the Application as well as the documents annexed thereto, this Application stands disposed of with the observation that the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 would do well to complete the investigation of the above noted case early in accordance with law.
