The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict and demolish the dwelling house of the petitioner and not to take any action against the petitioner without due procedure of law. 4.
Since the Petitioner has come up challenging the notice of eviction, this writ petition stands disposed of liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate authority by filing objection, if he is so advised, so that the matter can be considered and appropriate orders can be passed in accordance with law.
