The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict the petitioner from plot no.186, Mouza-Madan Mohanpur, Tahasil-Talcher in the district of Angul by quashing the notice dated 27.09.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner is in possession of his own land.

Since the petitioner is in possession of his own land, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
