Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed for modification of order dated 28.11.2022 in BLAPL No.9765 of 2022.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently the name of the Court has been stated as "S.D.J.M. Champua" instead of "J.M.F.C. Barbil". Accordingly the same has been reflected in Paragraph-3 of the order.

Taking note of such submission, the "S.D.J.M. Champua" in Paragraph-3 be read as "J.M.F.C. Barbil".

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title in Court. 6.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed.

Other conditions remain unaltered.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per the rules.
