Dr. Ranjit, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client made representation dated 8th August, 2022 to opposite party no.2. He submits, there be direction to said opposite party to consider and dispose of the representation.

Mr. Pattanaik, learned advocate, Additional Standing Counsel appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation of petitioner is based on a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) since expired. Dr. Ranjit disputes the submission.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 8th August, 2022 and inform result thereof to petitioner within three weeks of communication.
