The Appellant in this appeal seeks to assail the order dated 5th July, 2022 (Annexure-5 series) passed in Guardian Misc. Case No. 24 of 2021, whereby learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore posted the matter to 6th August, 2022 for filing of the list of the witnesses/documents.

Since no final order has been passed in Guardian Misc. Case No.24 of 2021 and the same is pending before learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore, this appeal is not maintainable. Accordingly, the GUAP is dismissed.

However, the Appellant, if so advised, may move learned Judge, Family Court, Balasore for early disposal of Guardian Misc. Case No. 24 of 2021.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
