1. Mr. Gautam Misra, learned Senior Advocate, enters appearance for the Appellant and files appearance Memo in Court today, which is taken on record.

2. While not being inclined to interfere with the interim order dated 9th September, 2022 passed by the learned Single Judge, the Court considers it appropriate to expedite the hearing of the main writ petition itself. Accordingly, request is made to the learned Single Judge to dispose of the Writ Petition (Civil) No.3560 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months.

3. Writ Petition (Civil) No.3560 of 2020 shall now be listed for direction before the learned Single Judge on 1st November, 2022.
