Heard learned counsel appearing for the Parties. 3.
The Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28.09.2022 passed by the Opposite Party No.2 under Annexure-8.

It is submitted that though the Petitioner has no role with regard to the disbursement of excess amount, but without giving him any opportunity of hearing straight away order under Annexure-8 has been issued.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to approach the Opposite Party No.1 in that regard. It is observed that if any such application is moved before the Opposite Party No.1 within a period of seven days from today, the said authority shall take a lawful decision on the same within a further period of two months.

With the aforesaid observations & directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
