This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Interlocutory Application has been filed seeking correction of G.R.Case as well as court name. 3.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to carry out necessary correction in the body of the application in Court today. 4.

In view of the correction, the order dated 10.10.2022 stands modified to the extent that in 5th line of paragraph-4 of the order dated 10.10.2022 the year of G.R. Case be corrected as ' 2022' instead of '2020' and the name of the Court be corrected as "J.M.F.C., Kantabanji" instead of "J.M.F.C., Turekela". The rest part of the order dated 10.10.2022 shall remain intact.

In view of the aforesaid modification, four weeks' further time from today is granted to the Petitioner to surrender as per order dated 10.10.2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) by the Petitioner in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of the Orissa High Court within 15 days from today and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of the said deposit. 6.

It is made clear that, if cost is not paid within the aforesaid stipulated time, then the extension period to surrender shall stand automatically revoked.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
