This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party no.4 to sanction his TBA scale of pay under the ORSP Rules, 1998 as due and admissible to the petitioner and to draw and disburse his entitlements with consequential service benefits. 3.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made appeal to the opposite party no.1 vide Annexure-8 to the writ petition and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has raised no objection. 4.

As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of directing opposite party no.1 to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner under Annexure-8 of the writ petition, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy of this order.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
