Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is an application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure filed by the Petitioner for bail in connection with Jamda P.S.Case No.22 of 2021, corresponding to C.T. Case No.224 of 2021, pending in the Court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairangpur for alleged commission of offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4(2) of Odisha Prevention of Witch Hunting Act, 2013.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this application at this juncture and wants to withdraw the same. 5.
Accordingly, the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn. 6.
It is directed that the trial court shall take all endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of communication of this order. RKS ( A.K. Mohapatra,J )
