As there is availability of a statutory provision for compensation involving the dispute involved herein, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition. However, considering the request made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court permits the Petitioner to withdraw this Writ Petition with leave to approach the competent authority for appropriate relief.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn, but with liberty as prayed for.
