Mr. Samantaray, Additional Govt. Advocate states that the present contempt has been filed alleging non-compliance of the direction contained in the order dated 17th December, 2020 passed in W.P.(C) No. 15927 of 2020, the operation of which has been stayed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide interim order dated 1st April, 2022 in SLP (C) No. 003310 of 2022 filed by the State of Odisha against the aforesaid judgment dated 17th December, 2020. He thus submits that present contempt is no longer to be maintainable.

In response, counsel for the Petitioner concedes that nothing more would survive in the present petition.
