Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that Writ Appeal bearing W.A. No. 497 of 2021 is pending challenging the order dated 25.01.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 37689 of 2020.

In view of the above, this contempt petition stands disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer after disposal of the writ appeal.
