In course of hearing learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the order passed by the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, tribunal dated 21.06.2017 in O.A. No. 786 of 1999 has not been complied with and accordingly this writ petition may be disposed of directing the opposite parties to comply the said order. 3.

In view of the above, the opposite parties are directed to comply the order dated 21.06.2017 passed by the tribunal in O.A. No. 786 of 1999 within a period of two months, if the same has not yet been complied with.
