The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the opposite parties to up-to-date his service book and release the current salary after fixation of the pay as per ORSP Rules, 2008 and thereafter to release all consequential financial benefits. 4.

In response to the notice, the state opposite parties have filed the counter affidavit and in Paragraph-5, thereof it has been stated as follows:- "In the mean time Sri Kamal Kumar Beura, Peon has retired from the Govt. Service w.e.f. 31.03.2020 AN on attaining the age of superannuanation and all pensionary benefits i.e. Un-utilised Leave Salary, Final Payment of GPF, Arrear Pay on ORSP Rules, 2017 have been drawn by this office & paid to Sri Beura. His Final Pension, Commuted value of Pension & Gratuity have also been sanctioned by the Principal Accountant General (A&E), Odisha, Bhubaneswar vide PPO No.P0320CTSTHL606948, C0320CTSTHL606948 & G0720CTSTHL310151 respectively. No any amount is pending against Sri Beura for drawal in this office." 5.
