This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 2.

The present contempt has been filed alleging violation of the order dated 4th March, 2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 12339 of 2015.

Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 3 has filed an affidavit dated 18th April, 2022 of Smt. Binita Senapati, District Education Officer, Ganjam, wherein it is stated that the State of Odisha against the aforesaid judgment has filed SLP (C) No. 6455 of 2022, in which the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 13th April, 2022 has issued notice for 11th July, 2022 while staying the operation of the impugned judgment i.e. the order dated 4th March,

// 2 // 2020. Thus, he submits that the present contempt would be infructuous.

In view of the above, we find no ground to pursue the present petition.

Accordingly, the CONTC stands dismissed with liberty to the Petitioner to initiate fresh contempt proceeding, if any, after the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
