I.A No.2146 of 2022 1.

This I.A has been filed by the Petitioner for modification of the order dated 28.11.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

Taking into account the assertion made in the I.A and the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this Court is persuaded to modify the stipulations made in paragraph-6 that the Petitioner is the first offender and relating to criminal antecedent of any nature mentioned in paragraph-9 of the order dated 28.11.2022. Learned Court in seisin shall take into account the criminal proclivity of the Petitioner and fix the terms accordingly. 4.

Learned Court in seisin is called upon to act on production of the copy of the order dated 28.11.2022 along with the order passed in this I.A relating to modification of paragraphs-6 and 9, as referred to hereinabove.

Rest of the stipulations made in the order dated 28.11.2022 remain unaltered.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
