This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance Department. This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Jeypore Vigilance P.S. Case No.11 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.09 of 2022 (V) pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge -cum- Special Judge (Vigilance), Jeypore, Koraput for alleged commission of offences under sections 13(2) read with section 13(1)(a) of the Prevention of Corruption (Amendment) Act, 2018 and section 409 of the Indian Penal Code.

// 2 // Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some further time to produce the document relating to deposit of money as per the order dated 14.10.2022. In view of the detailed order passed on 14.10.2022 and the conduct of the petitioner in not complying with the order dated 14.10.2022, I am not inclined to grant further time to the petitioner.

This is the fourth successive anticipatory bail application of the petitioner and there is no change in the circumstances after rejection of the last bail application. Taking into account the huge amount of misappropriation and the nature and gravity of accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands dismissed.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
