Considering the averments made in the application itself and after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, the order dated 03.11.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.26207 of 2022 is recalled and fresh order is passed in W.P.(C) No. 26207 of 2022. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 18.02.2022 under Annexure-1 and to issue direction to the opposite parties to settle the land in his favour, within a stipulated time. 4.
In course of hearing, Mr. N. Panda, learned counsel for the petitioner states that E.C. Case No. 69 of 2022 is pending before the opposite party no.4 and, therefore, the petitioner may be permitted to file objection in the said case so that same can be considered and disposed of within a stipulated time, to which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the grievance made in this petition, files an objection in E.C. Case No. 69 of 2022 before the opposite party no.4, within seven days hence, the said authority shall consider the same and pass a reasoned and speaking order, by affording opportunity of hearing to the parties, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such objection along with the certified copy of this order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
