None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. Mr. S. Rath, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State. Perused the record. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the letter dated 24.01.2018, by which the proposal for sanction of ACP/RACP of the petitioner has not been considered by the departmental Screening Committee as he has not completed 10 years of his service. Accordingly the service book of the petitioner was returned. 4.

On perusal of the order impugned, this Court is not inclined entertain the prayer made by the petitioner in this writ petition, which is accordingly dismissed.
