This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

We have heard Mr.R.K.Mahapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. J.Katikia, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the opposite parties-State and Mr. Bijay Jena, learned counsel representing the victim in the proceeding. 3.

The victim, whose name has been withheld for purpose of protecting her identity, has appeared in the proceeding in person and stated that she is more than 21 years and the reason why she had left her parental house. She has further stated that she has completed her graduation and now, she is living at Kosola, P.S.Kosala, P.O:Kosala, Dist Angul. To substantiate the said statement, the victim has filed her Aadhar card in the proceeding. The same is kept on record. 4.

The victim has also filed one affidavit stating that nobody else had kidnapped her and on her own volition, she had left her parental

house.

In view of what has emerged, the proceeding stands closed. The victim may continue to stay where she is staying now on her own volition. The affidavit filed by the Victim and the Vakalatnama filed by Mr. Bijay Jena, learned counsel be kept on record. 6.

This petition is disposed of, as infructuous. 7.
