This is an application for modification of order dated 21st Order No.

October, 2022.

For the reason stated, the I.A. stands allowed. Necessary correction be carried out with regard to the name of the court. Consequently, the order dated 21st October, 2022 passed in CRLMC No. 2848 of 2022 in respect of the court concerned shall be read as 'Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhawanipatna' instead of 'Additional District & Sessions Judgecum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Bhubaneswar'. 3.

The date of surrender as has been directed by this Court in CRLMC No.2848 of 2022 stands extended and now the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below on or before 23rd November, 2022.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.
