This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioner by filing this application has invoked the jurisdiction of this Court under Article- 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India in seeking directions to the Opposite Party No. 3 to register an F.I.R. and investigate into the allegations as made in an application as at Annexure-1.

Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner and learned Counsel for the State.

Keeping in view the submissions made, the averments taken in the Application as well as the contents of the written reports said to have been submitted before the Opposite Party Nos. 2 & 3 being gone through; this Court finds that the Application containing the prayer as advanced, does not merit acceptance. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMP stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
