Mr. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate, on the other hand submits that, the order of the learned Tribunal has already been complied with.

Mr. Kanungo, learned Addl. Government Advocate is directed to serve a compliance report on Mr. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner within two weeks from today.
