This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No.174 of 2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Khandapada, arising out of Khandapada P.S. Case No.180 of 2022, for alleged commission of offences under Sections 419/420/294/323/379/506 of IPC.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Khandapada, by order dated 29.09.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the order of rejection.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in the meanwhile investigation has progressed substantially and the

vehicle in question i.e. Alto car bearing registration No.OD-02AM-2108, has already been repossessed by the finance company. 7.

Taking into account such submission, keeping in view the nature of allegations and the punishment prescribed, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till submission of final form. The date and time of appearance to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter. 9.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
